Someone that knows people better than me, maybe Mae West, once said Firm Offers that become flaccid and subject to shrinkage when its time to perform make no one happy.

That said, I will set a price on the car. $18,500. I will listen to any offers over that amount in person after the car has been viewed and driven. I will even consider offers somewhat less, maybe. I am guessing, I think.
