One key and fob works but is falling apart, the other is good condition and key works fine but the remote control does not work. Fitted new batteries and LED lights but does not operate central locking. Any ideas how to program or re sync this. Is it possible that the key and the small black chip inside have been transplanted into a fob that was purchased separately and the circuit board inside is not the original.
I and some others think that the board has to be matched to the VIN somehow.
