here and just wanted to check in the absence of the 2004 being listed whether it's compatible.

If you have access to the switch you should be able to get the makers name and part number from it. This part will be an off the shelf item, Chrysler would not make them specifically for the car. It should be a lot cheaper if you can. Micro switches are quite cheap.
