It works, but trust me you want to go ahead and do the full coool air intake and not hte warm air intake like the Ebay sale shows. I had a Spectre intake on mine and went ahead and got the tubing to make my cool air intake to replace the OEM intake. I also got a V8 intake to go with it. Not more than $130.00 for the entire intake setup and works great with the MAF and TB.

That is not a picture of a V8 cover, V8 covers do not fit as I recall. They may look the same but the attachments points do not match the V6 engine.
The V6 front part does not fit the V8 rear part.
Only one V6 cover assembly fits, the other are too high and rub on the Hood liner. and mark the cover.
