If there was no difference between the parts they would not have different part numbers.
If you are changing the cover then you should get the one that has the bigger filters or why bother.
Use #A 112 090 11 01 - main body.
Use #A112 010 04 67- front piece.
Use Filters, K&N's #33-2181, or OEM (paper) A 112 094 00 04
