I did find the comments about "keeping it Chrysler" (by using the 3.8 V6) interesting, since the car is mechanically all Mercedes.
It's downside was the turbo 350 trans and high rpm cruising, from what I remember.

Impressive hp numbers coming out of a pentstar turbo in wranglers, challengers and all chrysler vechicles.
Have looked into it, can't find a standalone ecu and harness for the pentastar.

But definitely agree keep it chrysler.
I like the idea of the pentastar over a mb v8.
