If it's pretty cold in the mornining and your tire pressure is right at the minimum it will make the light come on until you get some heat in the tires and the pressure comes up. Check you tire pressure when they are cold and see if you are where you should be. PSIIs are 32 lbs. front and 33 lbs. rear. I don't know if the Continentals are the same.
