When the top cover of the fuse box is removed, you can see 2 rows of fuses, surrounded by another plastic cover. The second cover has detents at the front and both sides, press in on them and pull up on the cover from the front.
Once this cover is removed, you will see two black relays at the firewall.
The brake relay is the one toward the center of the car, the other relay is the locking relay.
