Oh come on Stan, can you name even one car that hasn't appreciated in value in your lifetime, no matter how utilitarian it was?
Sports Cars appreciate in value even quicker, some quicker than others, and some appreciate at higher percentage rates. For instance, 427 AC Cobra's bring higher prices than their 289 siblings. 427 Vettes usually bring more than those with a small block, and so forth and so on.
It goes without saying an SRT will always bring more money than a Limited or Base car. But Supercharged or not, Black Roadsters command top money at most any collector car auction you go to.
It will probably take another 20 years or so to see any real increase in value, but that depends on so many different variables it's next to impossible predict.
