If you don't want the car fixed, but you want to spend a lot of money on not getting it fixed, take it to a dealer.

The seat relay is down under the dash and it fails at times. You can change it (they plug right in, and cost around $35) or you can take it out and resolder the broken paths (which is what usually goes wrong with them).
