I'm having almost the same issue, it's driving me crazy. Convertible top button does nothing, locks won't work manually or by key fob, parking lights stay on and wing stays up.
Sounds like :
1. bad battery / battery cables / ground connection.
2. water in the central locking pump / security system module.
Do the interior lights and trunk light work ?
If not, try replacing fuse 9 in the underhood fuse panel.
