If the electrical plugs on the wiring harness going to the pump have been damaged by the water then you must buy the plugs as well, there is not much chance of the pump working if the plugs have bad contacts.
Some suppliers just sell the pump, but others cut the wires and you get the plugs as well. If you just buy the pump and it still fails to work in some capacity you will not know if it is the pump or the plugs. You will have to cut off your old plugs and splice in the new lugs or at least those that are damaged.
