This morning I removed old OEM and installed the new Gates water pump that I got from Neeedswings. was pretty smooth. Had to get the xf up on stands to drop the belly pan and had to tap two blank bolt holes tho hold a vacuum bracket and also replace the serpentine belt with a new one to be safe the job took 5 hr.
And it is cold here mid 40's
