fairly easy...takes about 15 minutes or so.

you have to remove the large silver cover on top of the engine...just pull up on it and the cover will come off (squeeze clamps hold it in place). turn the cover upside down on a towel to protect cover from scratching. there are four nuts that hold each filter cover in place...remove these nuts and access the stock filter...replace filter...then do the reverse to complete assembly.
