Just a shot in the dark but after reading your first post I had the thought that the ring around the ignition key may not be plugged into the SKREEM, or that the ring, wire or connector may be damaged.
I cannot remember seeing that reason mentioned. That little wire has been known to cause problems.
I just saw your PM, but I really have nothing else to add to the problem.
These should come pre-programmed and therefore plug and play.
