wel, after we didin't manage to make deal on your pulley, i've contacted Khang Vo to ask him if there is still one pulley for sale... He told me no but after nearly a month of talkings he agree to make me pulley! Not even to make me one but to follow some of my reccomendations.

1. the clutch plate of all pulleys, Ruddy and exploding ones was made of cast iron. I insisted mine to be from robust steel - Tool steel as we call it over here. (don't know the grade) but its white in collor, almost like SS. Not dark like all of the other pulleys.

2. Surely the rivets are recesed, but i wanted that there is space between the head of the rivet and the clutch plate in diameter. (don't know i you understand me...) but the heads of the rivets on older pullet are "snug" in to the clutch plate, which i don't like!
Mine have little bit of space on the outside diameter.

3. The spacer which is used to compensate the bearing thickness is made of steel instead of aluminum.

So is hard to give answer to your question... Its with recesed rivets like Ruddy pulley, but with better material for clutch and with few addition from my knowledge. And ofcourse is made from Khang Vo like all the 62mm Karmen pulleys.

If someone want pictures i will be able to make them aftor 1 week or so, because now i'm in my winter hollyday trip in the mountains

Regards
Marian
