Sounds reasonable, at least to check them all. Personally I never mess with brake fluid until something is replaced. I have a 6sp, the SRT guys will give good info on the transmission. If you are going to go over everything, have the rear differential checked as well.
Also if the battery is 11 years old, put replacing that on your list.
