I feel for you scottc...mine...I just brought it in today for the PS wind noise and to have my illuminated sill plates installed.

1.) Didn't receive a call from the service advisor that they wont be able to work on it today. At least a courtesy towards a customer that they don't have time for it since the door adjustment is FREE and my CF is no priority. ops:

2.) No rental car since no repairs were done and my car is hanging out exposed in the open overnight for rain and dust in their lot. ops:

I just hope that they wont clean my car ( unless they handwash it with 100% cotton towel and Zaino No. 2 ) and that my CF will retain its showroom luster...same condition when I brought it in. ops: ops: ops:
