I'm hoping you've unknowingly disconnected the hose under the throttle body. For the car to run badly under part throttle you'd have to have a whopper of a leak. Did you take the throttle body off? If so look in that area.

No I haven't yet. But this morning I went to start the car and the car basically couldn't dtive. It was like something was jammed in my throttle and it wouldn't allow the car to go past 1500 rpm and it jumped around alot as well in between 100 rpm to 1500
