Hey guys, I just did this to my car but for some reason the car just randomly locks itself when I unlock it, no alarm flash it just locks itself, seems to do it pretty consistently time wise like 30 seconds after I unlock it. So you unlock the car and don't open the door, and the car locks itself after 30 seconds? If that's the problem you're having, then it's not a problem - that is normal operation. My car does the same thing. If you unlock the car, open a door within that 30 seconds, then the car will not lock itself.
If you are having problems related to starting, my best guess would be the ring transponder is out of place.
