I just hope that they wont clean my car ( unless they handwash it with 100% cotton towel and Zaino No. 2 ) and that my CF will retain its showroom luster...same condition when I brought it in.

Sounds like you are dealing with a real winner of a dealership.
On the other hand, I'd suggest you read some of the paperwork you got with your car to find out what's going on. It spells out very plainly you are entitled to a free rental when you drop the car off for anything but bodywork. It helps to know what's what....
