LOL, I snapped my slide rule in half, then used my fingers and toes.
Surely the CFM would be quite a variable number, dependent as it is on fan RPMs, altitude, temperature ?, grille design and vehicle speed.
I'll go with the scientific answer and say quite a lot to very little.
