You "can" get one programmed from the dealer.. a facebook member fixed his SRT6 this way. I'm not "sure" if he got a discount or standard price (he's working at a shop of a sort) .. but his price was $200. You get your VIN and Mileage and they send your part in.. I don't have a clue on a used one.. but would put a small bet on having to be "blanked out" and programmed to your specific car.
