All bearings have a number on them put there by the manufacturer. If you can see the number just order it from a bearing outlet.
Most bearings are a standard size to keep the costs down, I expect that this is no exception. Bearings of this size are no more than $30 each maybe <$20 each, depending on the usage in general.
