Most bearings are a standard size to keep the costs down, I expect that this is no exception. Bearings of this size are no more than $30 each maybe <$20 each, depending on the usage in general.

Re: propshaft bush
don't listen to that BS get the bearing KIT from needswings,, the Bearing is probably not bad, but the rubber housing around it is bad replace the whole thing.
NeedsWings Performance Products. Driveshaft Support and Bearing this is same p/n for both srt and limited.
if you need the flex coupling, which i don't think u do the srt 6 and the limited take a different p/n jim

Pushing for a sale from NeedsWings is not to be recommended for the OP as he lives in Scotland, shipping there would be prohibitive, I have priced things from NeedsWings and the shipping is too much to Canada, even with a price reduced from what the auto calculator says. Shipping is often a deal breaker, best to pick it up and bring it over as I have done before.

Re: propshaft bush
what unlimited funds, ??? I am like a lot of other people am ON FIXED INCOME; AND IT ISN'T MUCH.
I understand that,,, now for the rest of the story.,,
i bought a bearing I think it was around $25.00 ,,installed it and two days later (I am harder on my car than all or you) the same noise,, the bearing housing failed,, same banging noise as before, I didn't think is was the same problem,, so i replaced the flex joints at the tranny and the rear end,,, still had the same noise,, had three mechanics check the car ,,no one could find the problem,,, so I put on my drag radials and said if i have to brake it to find it i will,, after about 4 hard take offs, it showed up as the bearing housing,, also screwed up the new bearing,, and the universal joint , so now I had replaced both flex joints, Which were good, $230 + bearing #25 + bearing kit from rob, ,, = $355.00 + labor for what could have cost 100. oh and 40 for the universal joint $45
that is why I am saying do it right the first time. jim

Re: propshaft bush
I have been on this forum for ten years and watched even longer and I can say that this carrier had not been a big problem, in fact hardly any problem at all. I personally would consider replacing it when replacing the flex joints when and if required, I have seen the flex joints cause problems many times.

Re: propshaft bush
I figured most anyone might be able to figure out it is just as easy to replace the rubber bushing as well as the bearing itself as self explanatory. Certainly the OPS mechanic knows this. The point of my post was to give him an option vice going to Chrysler. Just for the record here is the bushing support for the bearing:

Mercedes Part Numbers for NON SRT
Propshaft Centre Bearing - A008 981 4325
Propshaft Centre Bearing Mount/Support - A170 410 0081
Propshaft Donut/Coupling - A000 411 0000 (front and rear are the same part)

Chrysler will want you to but a whole propshaft for almost £1,500
