You had to modify the electrical connections, what could have been simpler that the correct part? Let us know if this brand of alternator is better than the Valeo or Bosch parts.

I do not think that it is fair to condem Valeo alternators though, and my chart did show the numbers of the Bosch alternatives. I personally would have no problem fitting a Valeo, in all the time I have spent on this forum I cannot say that Valeo has shown up as a poor performer. I am sure that had it been so it would not continue to be a OEM supplier.
