It's in the description of the teardown and re-assembly. But 10 foot pounds on the valve cover bolts and 7 foot pounds on the breather bolts (that hold the breather covers to the valve covers) is right.

The gaskets seldom leak or fail, the leaks come from the RTV-stuff between the breather and valve covers. Even tho, it is a GOOD idea, IMO, to go all the way and change the gaskets as well. I prefer to take the vavle covers/breathers off as one assembly and separate them once they are off the engine, then clean mating surfaces really well before you reseal the breathers to the valve covers.
