The gaskets seldom leak or fail, the leaks come from the RTV-stuff between the breather and valve covers. Even tho, it is a GOOD idea, IMO, to go all the way and change the gaskets as well. I prefer to take the vavle covers/breathers off as one assembly and separate them once they are off the engine, then clean mating surfaces really well before you reseal the breathers to the valve covers.
Brilliant I'll get to to it thanks for the info 👍, and just wondering where can I get hold of the tear down tear down and re assembly service manual from as I seem to have much of the other information .
