If i had the choice, I'd take the dead SKREEM over being left stranded
I'll look further into my SKREEM and why it may not be working.

But how the SKREEM is reading the new RFID and accepting it is beyond me. If this really is the case, you have bad news: The anti-theft part of your SKREEM is not working.
And you have good news: The SKREEM is not checking properly so maybe yours will never freak out and leave you stranded. At least, that could be the case.
