Really a routine task without any major issues to remove (IMO). After you remove the battery hold down nut, rotate the hold down strap towards car front so it comes loose from the mount near the fender. Once the battery hold down strap is removed, you'll have to move the battery slightly towards car front so it comes out from under the tray's back edge where the battery is held secure. See attached page from Service Manual.
