Probably fractured solder on the RCM - if output from the RCM to the PTCM (ECM) is bad, the PTCM won't tell the pulse module to engage the starter. Reflowing the solder on the RCM usually fixes it.

See the "Mystery No Start" thread for details. We have a great guy in AZ who you can mail the RCM to and he fixes and tests it out there. The RCM can be removed from the car without tools, you just pop the cover off the electronics box, unlatch the spring that holds the RCM in, unplug all the connectors - and mail it off to tighted1.
