Default Speed Warning Chime at 75 mph

Gang:
My 2006 SRT-6 has started to produce a warning chime (same buzzer sound used for seatbelt warning) whenever I hit 75mph or greater. The warning will continue to chime as long as I stay above that speed, but will stop once I go 74mph or slower. I have searched throughout this forum as well as other sites, but to no avail. Disabling the seatbelt warning chime does not eliminate the 75mph or greater speed chime. Also, there is no correlation if a passenger is present/seated or not (if anyone was thinking if it could be an passenger airbag warning chime if there is one). Any thoughts?? Thanks!!
