Can't really tell for sure. But a couple of pictures look like either the crankcase breather covers (mounted on top of valve covers) and/or the valve covers may be leaking. The crankcase breather covers are prone to developing leaks as the gasket is only an RTV-type sealant and the factory installation was very poor quality. There are quite a few posts about repairing this issue.


Some folks have had actual valve cover leaks and you can get new gaskets for that.
