Might be the only who's experienced it to look, but I thought I saw oil flung on the rubber boot by the SC pulley. I would suggest wiping it off and checking the smell of it. If it's putrid smelling, the SC clutch is leaking from behind and will need a new blower.....been there, done that. Hopefully it is just belt dust, but there's a lot of it there.
