Quality has gone the wayside to the bottom line. Throwaway everything, anymore. IMHO when you leave your customers hanging, then they deserve everything they get. I know my money was good when they sold me the car. I believe they have an obligation to keep us informed AND to have a proactive fix fast. If not the solution, then a temporary until the permanent fix is done. Hanging us out to dry sucks, and their reputation has suffered much.
