I think I agree with onehunder80 that this looks to be an engine cover from a base Crossfire, which would be black. The green-looking paint (looks green to me) seems to be applied so that a "distressed" look with the black underneath results. (Note: That's how I would describe it to anyone rather than say it was a poor paint job.

) Certainly different and typically not what we see. And the taping to allow the top strake & Chrysler badge stay black just wasn't done to give a professional looking result. If there were sharp lines separating the black from the green, certainly would improve the look. And somebody spent considerable time painting the white mosaic pattern on the cover. I say this because it looks to be "free-hand" and the work of someone other than a professional artist/painter using an airbrush. I'd say it was done by someone imitating Van Gogh! But, I kinda like the look because it's different and I also like to occasionally disagree with onehunderd80!
I also looked at your User Gallery. The "mood lighting" inside the XFire looks very nice. Previous owner really liked green! I can't argue as I own a 2012 Fiesta SE Hatch in Lime Squeeze Metallic. I actually wanted a green Fiesta when I went looking. And the car has the optional mood lighting and guess what - I have it set to green! Hah!
