To add to Bobs post, there are any number of XF owners in Florida and I'm sure that a post in your region's thread should give you some advice on finding "quality" Chrysler dealers somewhere in your area. As bobs indicated, there have been bad experiences with certain dealers, but there also have been good ones too.
