Just did 4K in PDR to fix hail damage. Still needs new cats, and a driveshaft rebuild once it comes out of winter storage, new wheel bearings and probably a s/c service, sometime in the spring as well.

In the two weeks I've had it, I've been digging into figuring out just what's been done to it by p/o's. Next week it's off to the local quarry for underground storage.

There was a NeedsWings oil separator partially installed (an assumption, as it fell out on the trailer ride down). Not a bad thing as I also found a torn hose from the valve cover to the intake boot, while re-installing it.

Someone cleaned the K&N's but failed to re-oil them, so who knows what's got into the s/c. As filthy as they are I'm planning to ditch the K&N's and go back to paper for now.

What looks like there's the remains of an K40 detector/jammer I've yet to clean up. Gonna need a new console piece in the upper center next to the ash tray to get rid of the indicators they installed.

Also there's HID bulbs (going pink) in the High and Low beams, but the lenses have not been re-positioned for the bulb length so the beam patterns are terrible. These will probably go back to stock as well.

Installed a new Alpine CDE-HD149BT head and Sirrus XM receiver. USB extended from head unit into console as well as two USB power ports.

Other possible future work: trans service, looking into sane pulley upgrades (don't necessarily need more boost, just want to fix what appears to be a design issue), paddle shifters if I can still find a kit, looking for a progressive rate spring that does not lower the cat any more than it sits now. Also contemplating Digital Guard Dawg keyless / push button start, and most likely will add a backup camera/mirror.

Your forum name has been added to the existing line and will appear at the next time I publish the database.
There may be a way to find out what has been done, as far as required service by the previous owner. The VIN# database has a previous owner listed as ChopsSRT6. Look up the list of all registered owners on the first page of the forum, and find ChopsSRT6 in the alpha listing and send him a PM (private message) for help in obtaining all of the info you need to bring the SRT6 up to a current status, as related to the servicing of your car.
Other owners were successful in doing this communication with the previous owner, it should help to fill in the blanks. I assume you bought this from a dealership?
Send an email to Rob @ NeedsWings, and he will help about the oil catch can.
All of your upgrades should keep you busy for quite a while, good luck with your SRT6!
