I have experienced all the problems posted on this thread with my car, and all of the parts have been replaced effectively. My dealer is in Plano, TX at Huffines, they had to get some help from the Mercedes Dealership next door, but also hire some techs there as well to look at problems that could not solve.

If your dealership is unable to solve the problems have them call Huffines to get an explanation of off to fix your problem correctly. I have noticed that once they have replaced many parts without fixing the problem they will give up, hence why I obtained a lawyer.
