Thanks for the correction. So then the ContiSportContact 2 was actually used on some '04s as well as '05s. I wasn't sure of the specific transition date in going from one tire to another, or if there were, or are, two suppliers at the same time. But I do think that the PS2 was the sole "standard" tire used on the earlier '04s. I 'm beginning to think that when Chrysler realized sales weren't going so well that they started looking for a cheaper tire to preserve what little margins they were making, leading them to equip with the ContiSportContact 2.
