The 'recirculate' button is also the REST button.
This system is designed to keep the car interior warm with the ignition off.
It runs the fan on low and has a small pump mounted in the well in front of the passenger front tire that circulates the hot engine coolant. Pretty neat feature.
Both switch off automatically should the battery get a bit low.
The radio will also turn of automatically after a fixed time, 30 or 60 minutes I believe.
