It may, it may not. Test it for us? Run the AC on high until the engine is fully warmed up then leaving the ac alone turn the car off and feel the heater coil outputs on the firewall. They should not be 'system coolant hot'. Then press your rest button, and see if they both get super hot (system coolant circulating). Since the system was in full A/C, there should have been little to no coolant circulating through your heater coils. When you command rest, the pump comes on, the valves should allow flow, the car should warm up. Post back what you found, this way we can learn if the condensation gets removed (which keeps mold from growing).
