I might be getting closer to the battery drain problem. The radio fuse eliminates the excess amps. I have temporarily removed the fuse to see if that helps. I did put a CD in the slot and it got stuck. I'm guessing it continually tries to either load or eject it causing the drain. Now I need to figure out how to get the disc out.....

Junk the OEM radio and get something more modern with USB/MP3 and BlueTooth.
( Hint : look at the Marine radios, many are silver and almost match )
