dip stick comes out fine... 1/4 turn drain valve with clear hose drains to bottom of car so you just put a cup underneath. Long runs do not reduce efficiency as these are 1/2" i.d. Lines and move a lot of volume. That's what you want... We catch 95% of contaminants..( plus the only "dirty" line is the center line, the outside lines are vacuum alternating signals. One is manifold vacuum and the other is port side vacuum (atmosphere side of the throttle body)
we are pulling vapors from the engine through the center line on the can only. The 'coalescing" takes place in the first chamber where the vapors solidify. These are 1/2 inch lines and longer runs are fine... The vacuum signal is very strong with over 20" at idle.
