Most 'Chrysler' dealer mechanics in general have no clue about this Benz class vehicle. They rely on the service manual step-by-step to get a clue (and even then miss it by a mile many times, on your dime). I STRONGLY suggest you NEVER take the car to a dealership (those of which we call 'STEALERSHIPS'). I have lamented before that this forum is the most dedicated in the ongoing lifespan of this car. The BEST forum for the members I ever came across (and that has been more than a few to say the least).
