There is enough content in the process to write a tutorial for those whom are not as proficient at mechanicing as some of us.
It took me three hours, but I am studious and plodding when it comes to new procedures, which put me in mind of actually writing a tutorial if there isn't one already.
There is a PDF covering this subject and it has been here for some time. It is in the 'Index of Crossfire problems and How To's' in the engine section.
It is not a true step by step as that is covered in the Service Manual, it covers additional steps and hints.
