So that's Brasstown Bald - the ATL Crossfires have gone up there twice in the past two years. Weather up on the Bald is more like that of New England than Georgia. Very interesting place. VERY steep drive up there, too. People have lost their brakes coming down the steep grade. (DOwnshifting is so "1950's")

yes we had found Brasstown bald a few years back on the way home from the dragon, so this past week we went there ,it was not clear, on a clear day you can see over 100 miles, from alt. to the dragon . jim
