Interestingly, on close inspection of the old RCM, the only clue on a pristine looking part is some slight scorching and wear on what I believe to be the Air pump relay (not the Fuel pump relay as I would have expected). Curious...but I am not going to ponder it other than for a bit of concern that this occurred with only 15000 miles on the car. Is it going to happen again??
On the day you posted your problem I pointed you to the fuel pump relay and how to check it. Dollars later you come around to that answer. Remember do not jump to conclusions and then in error throw parts at the car. With that method you can get a job at a dealership.
