I cut mine, but I have looked at the PDF, Dave supplied in the other thread. Look at the top of connection, where the brown wire goes in. It looks like an E. There is another price that surrounds the E. It is a plastic piece that holds the wires in place. I had that unsnapped at one time. It forms a U shape that holds the wires in place. Had I seen this picture, I would have been more inclined to finish removing that covering , then sliding it backwards. You can clearly see 2 slides on each side, of the bottom.
Did you get the air bag light unplugged?
I had unsnapped that cover more than once but I couldn't see or feel any way to remove the connector, shhht.
I did get the air bag light out today but the "sweet spot" was in the back looking at my photo.
I believe 180 knows how to do this but he isn't saying, lol
I hate do it but I guess that I will join you in cutting the wires.
How did you get that lighter socket out ?
