Swap battery with one of your fleet that is working right and see what happens.
Actually it's an issue with Vickie's car.. 1st new battery was exchanged.. after replacing the water pump "out of the blue" it started this problem.. working 100% fine till trying to start after repair. Ground cable replaced etc. Might have to throw in the towel and replace the starter.. even though it works fine with "boosted" voltage and amps..
